Dr. Hilary Katz received her BA in 1985 from the University of Chicago, graduating with Honors and majoring in Behavioral Sciences. After working with adolescents in group homes in Chicago for several years, she earned her MA in 1991 and her PhD in 1995, in Clinical Psychology, from Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio. The following year she moved to the Washington, DC area where she completed two years of postdoctoral training in neuropsychology, conducting neuropsychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults with learning disabilities, ADHD, developmental disabilities, mild neurocognitive impairment, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Dr. Katz moved to Las Vegas in 1997 and has been a licensed psychologist in Nevada since then (NV PY0361). She currently maintains a private practice and specializes in neuropsychological testing and assessment for children and adolescents. Dr. Katz is a member in good standing with the American Psychological Association (since 1995), the Nevada State Psychological Association, CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD), the Learning Disability Association, and the American College of Professional Neuropsychology.
